Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

Items must be returned with their original tags, packaging, and accessories.

How to Request a Return

Customers must contact us at hello@ansotk.com before returning an item.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

After receiving the return request, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Customers should not send a return to the business address unless we specifically instruct them to do so.

Return Shipping

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For an item that is incorrect, defective, or damaged when received, customers should contact us before returning the item so that the appropriate return instructions can be provided.

If an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is confirmed to result from an issue with the order or product, Ansotk will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Items That Are Not Eligible for Return

Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or returned without meeting the applicable return conditions are not eligible for a return.

Refunds

After a returned item is received and reviewed, eligible refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.

Ansotk does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

After a refund is issued, your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us at hello@ansotk.com with your order number and details of the issue before returning the item.

We will review the issue and provide the applicable return instructions.

Returns Without Prior Instructions

Customers should contact Ansotk before sending a return. Returns sent without prior contact and return instructions may not be identifiable or processed correctly.
